Senior Finance Manager – Commercial

A global manufacturing and technology company is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Commercial to serve as a strategic finance partner supporting a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven business unit. ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial leadership, shaping strategy through data‑driven insightsLead commercial forecasting, pricing strategy, and monthly performance reportingProvide variance analysis, trend insights, and actionable recommendations to executive leadershipPartner with sales, product, and commercial teams to establish forecasting rhythms and financial governanceBuild business cases to support investment decisions, commercial initiatives, and strategic planningSupport multi‑year planning, commercial strategy development, and ad hoc financial analysisPresent financial insights to senior leaders within a multinational environmentManage one direct report and contribute to long‑term succession planning within the finance organization
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field7+ years of progressive finance experienceStrong commercial finance and business partnering backgroundExperience in large, multinational companiesFP&A experience required or strongly preferredExcellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience with ERP systems (SAP, S4, OneStream, or similar)
Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degreeExperience in manufacturing, technology, or tech‑enabled productsExposure to BI tools and data visualization platformsPricing strategy or M&A support experience
Compensation: Base salary range: $160,000 – $175,000, plus 15% annual bonus.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — based in Indianapolis, IN.
