Project Coordinator (Summit)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator; Supply Chain and New Product Introduction to join a World-Renowned Global Consumer Products, Personal Care, Cosmetics corporation. The Project Objective: Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results We are looking for an individual with the following experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role Supply Chain knowledge and experience or New Product experience in the Cosmetic / Consumer Product Industry Strong Analytical skills Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones Leading weekly team meetings Communication Skills Works very well with cross functional team members Activities: The chosen candidate will lead the following activities: Lead projects/programs within supply chain Adherence to overall project plan and timeline Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts on projects to insure timeline met and communication to key stakeholders and team members Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Process Maps as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
