Join the marketing team at Lakhani Builders and help buyers discover its luxury projects through paid channels. The role focuses on turning advertising spend into qualified enquiries, site visits and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube.
• Manage campaign budgets and keep cost per qualified lead on target.
• Test audiences, landing pages and creative assets to improve campaign performance.
• Set up conversion tracking and CRM-linked reporting.
• Share clear weekly and monthly reports with the sales team and leadership.

The position is based in-house in Karachi.

Job Specification

• At least four years of performance marketing experience.
• Proven experience generating real estate leads in Karachi.
• Strong command of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and GA4.
• Ability to provide campaign results supported by performance data.
• Understanding of high-ticket buyers and methods for identifying serious enquiries.
• Skills in campaign planning, budget management, audience and creative testing, conversion tracking, and reporting.
