Responsibilities Learn company products, systems, and sales processes Follow up with prospective clients who have requested information Conduct client consultations via phone and Zoom Explain available coverage options and answer questions Maintain communication between internal teams and clients Document activity and maintain records within CRM systems Participate in weekly team meetings and training Maintain licensing and compliance requirements Qualifications Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and CRM software Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client conversations Willingness to work flexible hours when needed Ability to pass a background check and complete licensing requirements Life
