About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of subcontractor invoices, managing records, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with administrative and finance-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Process subcontractor invoices as per agreed cost structures
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconcile subcontractor payments, credits, and accruals
• Maintain documentation, including scanning, verification, and archiving
• Handle internal and external email enquiries efficiently
• Liaise with subcontractors and build strong vendor relationships
• Support finance team with reporting, costing, and data accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Additional certifications in Accounting, ERP, Finance systems will be an advantage

Key Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in invoice processing / accounts payable / admin operations
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset
