Epsilon Staffing Solutions has been mandated by a large, diversified global manufacturing group to identify a suitable professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Quality for its manufacturing facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh .

The Role

The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems , ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Process, Technical and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and strengthen Quality Assurance systems covering incoming, in-process and finished products.
• Ensure products consistently conform to specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain QA laboratory procedures with traceability to applicable national and international standards.
• Implement and sustain Quality Management System and Integrated Management System (IMS) practices.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications and compliance requirements.
• Drive systems including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA8000, ISO 22000, ISO 50001 and BRC .
• Lead analysis and resolution of customer complaints , including customer interaction/visits wherever required.
• Drive effective CAPA , root-cause analysis and reduction in complaint response time.
• Support technically justified dispatch decisions to minimise quality complaints and claims.
• Guide teams in applying TQM tools for continuous improvement.
• Develop team capabilities through training, skill matrices and multi-skilling.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, Process Safety and SHE requirements.
• Participate in safety audits, emergency preparedness, change controls and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Quality professional from a continuous/process manufacturing environment with strong hands-on exposure to:

Quality Assurance | QMS | IMS | TQM | CAPA | Root Cause Analysis | Customer Complaint Management | ISO Systems | BRC | Process Quality | Audits & Certification | SHE & Process Safety

Experience in polymers, plastics, specialty materials, chemicals, petrochemicals or allied process manufacturing industries would be preferred.
