Marketing Manager

About the Role:

The Marketing Manager will be the face of the organization for prospective clients and business partners. The incumbent will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with international apparel brands and buying houses, promoting the company's manufacturing capabilities, and contributing to the overall business growth strategy.

What you will be doing:

• Drive business development initiatives to acquire new customers in the apparel and garment manufacturing sector.

• Identify and engage with international brands, sourcing offices, buying houses, and retailers across the USA, Europe, and other key markets.

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, trade fairs, and business forums.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and customer acquisition plans.

• Present the company's manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio, sustainability initiatives, and compliance standards to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, sourcing, and leadership teams to understand customer requirements and develop business proposals.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.

• Prepare presentations, marketing collateral, company profiles, and business proposals.

• Support negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization with clients.

• Track business development activities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Marketing, Fashion, Textiles, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• MBA in Marketing or International Business preferred.

• 8–15 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or client acquisition within the apparel, garments, textiles, sourcing, or manufacturing industry.

• Strong network within apparel brands, buying houses, sourcing offices, and retail organizations.

• Proven track record of acquiring new business and managing key customer relationships.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of apparel manufacturing processes.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
