Performance Marketer (Keralites only)

Job Description A) Performance Marketing & Paid Media Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display & Shopping), YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms. Own channel-wise budget allocation based on CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion performance. Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing funnels to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value. Monitor attribution across marketing touchpoints to identify high-performing channels and campaigns.
