Circle Logistics is looking for a Account Service Specialist to join our Whiteland team. This is a great opportunity for someone with billing experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing transportation company.
You'll play an important role in making sure loads are billed accurately, paperwork is complete, discrepancies are resolved, and our billing process stays on track.

What You'll DoReceive, organize, and match invoices to the correct loadsVerify billing information and correct discrepancies or errorsCalculate rates, shipment charges, discounts, and applicable billing termsReview and update rate sheets, contracts, and supporting documentationScan and import invoices and supporting paperworkPrepare and send accurate, itemized invoices and statementsCommunicate with carriers to obtain missing or corrected billing paperworkResearch and resolve transportation accounting discrepanciesReconcile accounting records at month-endComplete data entry and maintain accurate recordsMaintain SOPs, manuals, spreadsheets, and other department documentationGenerate reports using Excel and transportation management systems (TMS)Provide occasional operational support to Transportation CoordinatorsTake on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking ForRequired:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and computer skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while also being a strong team player
Preferred:Understanding of transportation billing, rates, contracts, and tariffsExperience working with a TMSStrong Excel skills
