Sales Manager – IT Staffing | C2H | GCC Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai & Pune Work Mode: WFO – 5 Days Experience: 6–12 Years Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment Must-Have: Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing / C2H business development – mandatory. Proven experience in acquiring and managing GCC / Enterprise clients . Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract Staffing and IT recruitment solutions . Experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition and account mining . Strong network with HR, TA, Procurement and Business stakeholders across GCCs/IT organizations. Candidates with only US Staffing / US IT Sales experience will not be considered. Strong track record of achieving revenue and business development targets . Excellent client-facing, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new GCC and enterprise clients for IT Staffing/C2H solutions. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, references and market mapping. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → meetings → proposal → commercial negotiation → closure . Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, TA, Procurement and business stakeholders. Drive C2H and contract staffing opportunities and ensure healthy sales pipeline. Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements. Develop account-growth opportunities and expand business within existing clients. Track sales pipeline, revenue, closures and business forecasts. Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations. Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue and new-client acquisition targets . Added Advantage: Candidates with existing relationships/network across GCCs, Product Companies and Large IT Enterprises will have an additional advantage.
