Senior Tax Accountant to $120k; hybrid; east Charlotte

• A local tax firm has a rapidly growing practice and is looking to add a Sr Tax Analyst
• The ideal candidate is someone who wants to become a Partner
• The firm is on the leading edge of technology and utilizing AI to assist with tax prep so this role will be almost exclusively a reviewer role
• Utilization of AI will allow much better work life balance than a traditional CPA firm
• The firm is based in east Charlotte and is 1-3 days in office (after onboarding)
• The role will be focused on tax initially but opportunities exist to get into other offerings such as advisory work
• Required - BS Accounting, 3+ yrs of experience; CPA preferred but not required
