Meru Activs is a D2 C brand specialising in nutritional supplements for India's 50+. We currently sell on our own website and Amazon India, and are rapidly expanding to new marketplaces.

Roles and Responsibilities

Day-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliation Taxation : GST computation, TDS, return filing Monthly P& L and balance sheet preparation (with provisions) Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitability PO, payment management Ongoing investor-grade MIS reporting Being the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentation

Qualification

CA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M. Com or MBA Finance with strong hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experience 2-4 years of experience, with a strong preference for a D2 C or e-commerce background Strong grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structures Documentation discipline

Nice to have

Exposure to investor due diligence Experience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following one Familiarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2 C ops stack
