Role Description As a Senior Event Designer at WITH LOVE NILMA, you will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality visual outcomes aligned with client goals and brand strategy. You will translate briefs into clear creative directions, produce design explorations and presentations, and guide junior designers through feedback, mentoring, and hands-on support. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in client meetings, refining design systems, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining consistent visual standards across all touchpoints. You will also contribute to studio processes, help improve workflows, and stay current with design trends and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and layout for digital and print applications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud,Sketchup 3D, Figma, or similar platforms).
• Experience leading design projects, collaborating with clients, and presenting ideas clearly and confidently.
• Ability to mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high design standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, floral design & space design skills, and a strong sense of composition and color.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in contemporary design trends, brand storytelling, and creating thoughtful, user-centered visual experiences.
