Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with Dot2Shape's brand and design direction.
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
• Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor platform trends, analyse performance metrics, and optimise content accordingly.
• Collaborate with design and leadership teams to craft brand-focused messaging.
• Manage community engagement and uphold strong brand communication.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review and approval.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital communication.
• Strong understanding of design-focused content, branding, and digital storytelling.
• Proficiency at Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent in content creation, copywriting, and trend-awareness.
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams and maintain brand consistency.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Figma, or similar tools (preferred).
