TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated SAP HR – Concur Consultant for a hybrid opportunity in Chattanooga or Knoxville, Tennessee

Role: SAP HR – Concur ConsultantDuration: 1+ YearLocation: Chattanooga / Knoxville, Tennessee
Required Skills:Work on SAP HR (SuccessFactors / ECC HCM / Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur across the full project lifecycle — from gathering requirements to go-live support.Configure and integrate HR modules — including organization structure, position management, job requisition, and employee self-service features.Design and optimize travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur to align with HR and finance policies.Manage day-to-day system operations — user roles, data sync, and master data maintenance across HR and Concur.Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and business teams.Troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, and support testing during system upgrades or enhancements.Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integrations, data accuracy, and compliance.Maintain clear documentation for system configuration, business processes, and testing.Provide ongoing support and resolve tickets related to SAP HR and Concur modules.
