Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from a recognized institution

8-12 years of experience in real estate development or architectural consultancy with strong responsibility for drawing vetting, coordination, and site execution

Hands-on experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultants

Experience working on residential or luxury real estate projects

Strong knowledge of GFC/working drawings, construction detailing, and design coordination

Proven attention to detail with ability to identify errors and discrepancies in drawings before they reach site

Experience conducting site visits to verify construction against approved drawings and specifications
