JOB SUMMARY

• Oversee daily transaction of Account and finance functions
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and fund utilization.
• Responsible for Direct taxation of Company
• Responsible for Indirect taxation of Company
• Export benefits, Application, Tracking and Utilization
• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and DGFT regulations.
• Ensure smooth Cross department function
• Closure of Books on monthly basis with strict timeline.
• Handling Various Audit, Statutory, Internal, IFRS, Transfer pricing, Tax Audit, etc.
• Liaising with various Government Authority
• MCA forms filing and Annual return filing
• Develop SOPs for finance and accounting
• CSR fund utilisation as per Company CSR Policy
• Educate and update team for changes in Taxation and Finance.
• Ensuring Accounting as per Cost centre maintain in Company

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Taxation, Indirect and Direct Tax
• Monthly closing as per timeline
• Smooth Banking which allows smooth functioning of business
• Year Account finalisation as per Due Dates
• Audits and Return filing as per Due Dates
• Fund Management

Requirements

- Deep SAP Knowledge, Finance and Material Module

- Deep Knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax.

- Ability to communicate in English

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Taxation and Banking

- Good Command in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Experience in Team Handling

QUALIFICATIONS

CA having experience of 8-10 years in Banking and Taxation

Preferred

Having minimum 8 years of experience In Taxation and Banking.

Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
