Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered automation pipelines and agents.
• Implement RAG systems with production-grade retrieval and evaluation.
• Integrate models cleanly into product UX, not bolted-on chatbots.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and lead architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years building Python services in production.
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Strong systems thinking and code-quality bar.
