Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for purchase of all existing pm, npd pm, pop material and others. maintain rate history of raw material.
2. Working on plant indent - analyses inventory levels, demand forecasts and consumption patterns to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
3. Evaluating order quantity.
4. Place the order to the selected vendor, coordinate with vendor till the material reach to factory.
5. Prepare rate quotation comparison sheet.
6. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with respective vendors.
7. Update spec sheet and rate sheet.
8. Track orders and ensure timely delivery the pm material at plant.
9. Coordinate with vendor & plant if there is any qc issue/packing issue.
10. New vendor development - of pm.
11. Sample arrangement from vendor - for npd as well as existing item - if req.
12. To maintain the spec & drawing of the existing & npd packaging material.
