Head of Travel Insurance Claims

We are a PE-backed firm, on our 10 to 100 journey, developing exciting travel insurance, assistance and value-added products for the B2B travel space. We come from organisations such as Citi, PhonePe, Tata Digital, MakeMyTrip etc., and are incubated by one of India’s leading B2B travel businesses. We are looking for a Head of Travel Claims to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the claims management process, coordinating with our insurance and TPA partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims, and monitoring the overall performance of the claims department. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating claims, coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient claims workflows, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This is an excellent
