Location: Denver, Colorado | Type: Full-Time, OnsiteAnticipated Hiring Range: $70,000-$100,000 based on experienceThis position is not remote eligible.About JK ConceptsJK Concepts is a well-established and growing manufacturer of high-end custom architectural millwork. Our team is driven by quality, collaboration, and pride in our work—from concept through installation.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing millwork projects from initial submittals through final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, establish schedules, and manage deliverables for submittals, fabrication, and installationReview and ensure quality control of shop drawings prior to client submissionCoordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycleNegotiate and manage subcontracts, including installation and specialty services such as stoneworkPrepare, track, and manage RFIs and change ordersCoordinate field activities and verify site dimensions and conditionsManage delivery schedules to align with project milestones and site readinessProcess accurate billing and change authorizations for subcontractorsSupport additional project-related tasks as requiredQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Wood Technology, or a related field2–4 years of experience in commercial architectural millwork or casework project managementWorking knowledge of AWI (Architectural Woodwork Institute) Standards a plus.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and BluebeamStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilitiesSelf-motivated with a proactive, detail-oriented mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, DentalLife InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Employee Discount ProgramCell Phone ReimbursementA supportive, team-oriented work environment with long-term stability and growth opportunitiesJK Concepts is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
