Role Description The Project Manager CBG Projects will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of CBG biogas plant projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, and managing project schedules, risks, and resource allocation. The role includes leading cross-functional teams, engaging with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The Project Manager will monitor progress, prepare status reports, handle expediting of critical materials and equipment, and resolve project issues to keep deliverables on track. Day-to-day responsibilities also include optimizing logistics, supervising inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in EPC or industrial projects. Expeditor and Expediting skills to track, follow up, and accelerate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Inspection skills to coordinate and review quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with technical specifications. Logistics Management skills to plan and control transportation, storage, and handling of project materials and components. Bachelor’s/Masters degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage. Experience in biogas, renewable energy, or process plant projects is highly beneficial. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
