We’re a fast-growing Coaching & Consulting Company helping Makeup Artists build profitable businesses, attract premium clients, and scale their income through proven sales, marketing & business systems.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Assistant / Sales Telecaller to join our remote team.

What You’ll Do

• Call and follow up with warm leads from webinars, social media, ads & referrals

• Understand prospects’ business challenges and goals

• Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups

• Present our coaching programs confidently

• Handle objections and guide prospects through enrollment

• Achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets

• Update leads and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM

• Submit daily sales activity reports

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, counseling or customer support

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

• Confident and comfortable speaking on calls

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and energetic

• Ability to handle objections and convert interested prospects

A good sales person can make between 40,000-1,00,00+ in an average month
