Delivery Manager

We're looking for someone who can own project delivery end to end, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and become the bridge between clients and our design and engineering teams. </p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring projects move forward predictably. </p><p><br /></p><p>You will be owning and handling following responsibilities: </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Project Delivery </strong> </p><ul><li>Own the delivery lifecycle across multiple projects. </li><li>Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and milestones. </li><li>Maintain and prioritise product backlogs. </li><li>Plan and facilitate sprint planning sessions. </li><li>Ensure tasks are clearly assigned with defined timelines and owners. </li><li>Track project health, dependencies, blockers and risks. </li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising quality. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Team Operations </strong> </p><ul><li>Conduct daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies. </li><li>Coordinate between designers, developers and stakeholders. </li><li>Follow up on pending tasks and remove blockers. </li><li>Ensure team members have clear priorities at all times. </li><li>Monitor resource allocation and project capacity. </li><li>Improve internal workflows and delivery processes. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Client Communication </strong> </p><ul><li>Lead regular client meetings and project review calls. </li><li>Gather requirements and convert them into clear execution plans. </li><li>Collect, organise and prioritise client feedback. </li><li>Share project updates, timelines and delivery status. </li><li>Build strong client relationships through proactive communication. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Documentation </strong> </p><ul><li>Prepare project documentation and meeting notes. </li><li>Create and maintain project roadmaps. </li><li>Document change requests and scope updates. </li><li>Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports whenever required. </li><li>Maintain organised project records and knowledge bases. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Delivery and Quality </strong> </p><ul><li>Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards. </li><li>Coordinate QA before delivery. </li><li>Track bugs, revisions and pending items. </li><li>Ensure smooth project handovers and launches. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Process Improvement </strong> </p><ul><li>Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. </li><li>Build repeatable SOPs and delivery frameworks. </li><li>Improve sprint planning, reporting and project visibility. </li><li>Help scale internal operations as the company grows. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>We're Looking For Someone Who </strong> </p><ul><li>Has experience managing digital product, UI/UX or software development projects. </li><li>Enjoys building systems rather than simply following them. </li><li>Understands Agile and Scrum methodologies. </li><li>Can manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Is comfortable interacting directly with international clients. </li><li>Can take ownership without constant supervision. </li><li>Thinks proactively instead of reactively. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Tools You'll Likely Use </strong> </p><ul><li>ClickUp </li><li>Slack </li><li>Notion </li><li>Figma </li><li>Google Workspace </li><li>Zoom / Google Meet </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Experience with additional project management tools is a plus. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Bonus Points </strong> </p><ul><li>Experience working with design studios or software agencies. </li><li>Basic understanding of UI/UX and software development workflows. </li><li>Experience handling international clients. </li><li>Experience building SOPs and operational processes from scratch. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>If this role feels like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you. </p><p><br /></p><p>Please apply using the form below and share your resume along with any information that helps us understand your experience managing projects and teams. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Application Form: </strong> </p>
