Job Summary

Border PPE Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to support the company's overseas operations from our Bengaluru office. The role will involve accounting, banking, invoicing, financial reporting, and documentation for international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records using Tally.

Prepare invoices, quotations, and other financial/commercial documents.

Manage accounting and financial documentation for overseas operations.

Handle import/export-related documentation and records.

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with account finalization.

Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and payment records.

Coordinate with overseas teams regarding accounts and financial documentation.

Requirements

Graduation in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Hands-on experience with Tally.

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Experience in import/export or international business accounting will be an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Working Details

Work Location: Bengaluru - On-site

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Joining: Immediate preferred
