We are looking for an experienced Tax Associate to help us continue our growth and help thousands of creators. 
About the RoleAs a Tax Associate at our fast-growing firm, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our amazing and creative clients, many of whom are industry-leading content creators, entrepreneurs, and influencers. You won’t just be working with numbers behind the scenes—you’ll be front and center, helping clients understand and manage tax obligations with clarity and confidence. You’ll help clients navigate complex tax situations, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure they’re positioned for success come tax season and beyond.

What You’ll OwnMeet with clients to develop personalized tax strategies and identity optimization opportunitiesManage preparation of complex filings including 1040, Partnership and S Corp returnsPartner closely with bookkeeping and payroll teams to deliver exceptional client experiencesTake on expanding responsibilities as our firm scales, with comprehensive training and career development support
What We’re Looking ForMust haves: Minimum of 1 year experience in tax preparationStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Nice to haves:Proficiency in xzbcwsv general accounting software2-3 years experience in tax preparation
