The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager Experience delivering $20M+ commercial projects Strong CMAR or ground-up construction background Excellent communication and leadership skills Stable work history with a reputable contractor What's on Offer Competitive salary between USD 120.000 and 150.000. 10%+ annual bonus plus year-end incentives Vehicle allowance and 3 weeks PTO Long-term growth with a market-leading contractor
