Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
• Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-up messages
• Schedule meetings and assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination
• Generate leads and support in cold calling campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and CRM entries
• Promote our IT and software services to prospective customers
• ️ Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement

• ✅ Minimum 1 year of telecalling or client-facing experience
• ️ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling
• Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus
• Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
