We’re looking for a Business Director to drive growth, win ambitious new mandates, and build lasting partnerships with the world’s most exciting brands.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow Adtomica’s new-business pipeline across key categories and accounts.
• Build senior relationships with CMOs, brand leaders, and marketing decision-makers.
• Lead high-stakes pitches, proposals, commercial conversations, and negotiations.
• Partner with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to shape compelling client solutions.
• Represent Adtomica externally through industry networks, LinkedIn, events, and thought leadership.
• Bring market intelligence, category insights, and a clear commercial point of view to the team.

Who you are

• 7+ years in business development, client partnerships, sales, or growth—ideally within a creative, advertising, digital, media, or consulting environment.
• Proven experience winning and growing high-value client relationships.
• A confident storyteller who can turn a client brief into a powerful commercial opportunity.
• Well-connected, proactive, and comfortable engaging senior marketing leaders.
• Commercially rigorous, highly organised, and able to lead multiple opportunities at pace.
• Ambitious enough to build, not simply manage.
