Assistant Production Manager

The  Assistant Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in  Faridabad . You will support end-to-end garment production by coordinating with vendors and internal teams, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring collections are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include managing pre-production activities such as sample approvals, overseeing cutting, stitching, and finishing timelines, tracking raw materials and inventory, maintaining production records, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. You will also help resolve production issues, improve workflows, and ensure timely execution across all stages of production.

• 2–5 years of experience in garment production, merchandising, or production coordination (fashion/apparel preferred but not necessary)
• Experience with  made-to-measure production or managing garment production lines is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of pre-production, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Proficiency in Excel or production tracking tools, with excellent attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in  Garment Manufacturing, Production Management, Fashion Technology , or a related field is preferred.
