Client Servicing - Social Media About the Role We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organised Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of digital and social media deliverables. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong client relationships. Attend client meetings, understand requirements, share updates, and align on next steps. Translate client requirements into clear briefs and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Ensure all client deliverables are tracked and completed within timelines. Create and manage monthly social media content calendars. Coordinate social media postings and ensure content is published as planned. Collect client feedback and coordinate revisions with the respective teams. Prepare and share monthly performance reports with key insights and learnings. Proactively identify gaps or delays and ensure timely resolution. Maintain clear records of client communication, approvals, deliverables, and timelines. What We're Looking For 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, social media, or digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident in handling client meetings and presentations. Smart, proactive, and capable of taking ownership. Good understanding of social media, content calendars, and performance reporting. Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 4 LPA
