Beaumont, TX | Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site
Help People Do Their Best Work
You’re someone colleagues can approach with a question. You listen, help them work out what needs doing, and follow up when something needs attention. You’re also ready to take more responsibility for how a team organizes its day.
We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Beaumont to support daily business activity alongside the Operations Manager. You’ll help coordinate workloads, support colleagues, and address routine operational issues. This role combines practical organization with team communication, giving you experience in the decisions and processes behind a well-run workplace.
Where You’ll Get Involved
- Help plan daily workloads, schedules, and task priorities.
- Check progress with colleagues and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Coordinate requests and information between teams and business contacts.
- Support onboarding, training arrangements, and routine team briefings.
- Maintain operational trackers, accurate records, and management updates.
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and other resources needed for daily work.
- Help resolve workflow issues, recommend improvements, and escalate concerns requiring management input.
You’ll keep the Operations Manager informed about what’s progressing, what needs support, and where priorities may need adjusting.
You Don’t Need a Management Title to Show Potential
Experience in operations, administration, team coordination, retail supervision, hospitality, or logistics support is helpful. Relevant experience from Beaumont’s service and industrial-support workplaces is welcome.
Perhaps you’ve trained a new colleague, organized a shift, coordinated deliveries, or helped a team handle a busy period. We’re interested in the responsibility you’ve taken and how you worked with others.
A specific degree isn’t required. You should bring:
- Clear communication and a respectful approach to supporting colleagues.
- Strong organization and consistent follow-through.
- Attention to detail when handling records and business information.
- Practical judgment when priorities change.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, calendars, and everyday workplace tools.
- A reliable commute to our Beaumont workplace.
Build Your Understanding of Operations
Training will cover company systems, working procedures, and reporting expectations. You’ll work alongside management to develop skills in workload planning, resource coordination, and team support.
As you become familiar with the business, you’ll contribute ideas for improving everyday processes and take on additional responsibilities with guidance.
