We are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder across strategy, business development, partnerships, technology and execution.

We are not building just another startup. We are building the infrastructure for India's Talent Mobility ecosystem —connecting Education, Employability and Employment ( the 3 E's ) across India and international markets.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn how businesses, partnerships and ecosystems are actually built.

• Work directly with the Founder on strategy, business development and execution
• Track meetings, relationships, opportunities, follow-ups and key commitments
• Research markets, companies, technologies, institutions and international opportunities
• Support government advocacy, institutional partnerships and international strategic relationships
• Help develop new technology-led ventures, platforms and business models
• Coordinate with founders, investors, universities, corporates, government stakeholders and international partners
• Business Development with International and talent mobility partners
• Turn ideas and discussions into clear actions, owners and outcomes

Someone who is:

• Exceptionally smart, curious and hungry to learn
• Previous Entrepreneurship experience will be highly valued
• Highly organised and obsessive about follow-through
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving projects
• Comfortable using AI and technology as everyday tools
• Prior experience matters less than intelligence, initiative and execution ability.

This is not a routine administrative role. It is an opportunity to work at the centre of multiple businesses, partnerships and strategic initiatives and work directly with the Founder.
