Milani Electric & Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a growing international organization providing electrical and solar solutions to residential and commercial clients. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Delhi office and support our expanding operations. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and provide prompt assistance.

Understand customer requirements and guide them effectively.

Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks.

Update information in Microsoft Dynamics and internal systems.

Prepare and send invoices to customers.

Coordinate with internal teams and maintain operational records.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks. Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Mandatory).

Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications. Preferred:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Data Entry, Back Office, or International Process roles.
