Senior People Partner

This is a superb opportunity for a proactive Senior People Partner to join a fantastic organisation in the South Cambridge area.Your role will be integral to the smooth running of the HR / People team, and you'll have a constantly varied workload, to keep you busy and challenged!Working closely with the CEO & senior HR leadership, you'll have the influence to shape strategy as well as the following key areas:-Strategic partneringTalent & Workforce planningLeadership, Coaching & DevelopmentER & CulturePerformance & RewardChange & organisational developmentProject & Bid SupportHR Operational areas including recruitment, benefits, wellbeing and policy / procedure updatesManaging 1 member of the HR teamYou'll have significant HR business partnering experience, ideally in engineering, technical consultancy or another project-based environment.
