Given its strategic contribution to Capgemini's SAP business globally, the Global SAP CoE has a highly visible profile internally and externally and is recognized as a critical driver of Capgemini's growth and success. As a Global SAP CoE team member with a Life Sciences focus, working in close partnership with the Global SAP CoE Life Sciences leadership, you will play a key role in the early shaping, ERP advisory, solutioning and delivery of SAP transformation programs, leveraging our flexible, GenAI-powered end-to-end transformation platform. You will help clients define and scale GenAI-enabled transformation opportunities across business processes, data, integration, testing, documentation, knowledge management, change adoption and program delivery, and contribute to building industry-specific GenAI use cases, value cases and adoption roadmaps. Your field of play will be primarily Europe, with a focus on the Life Sciences industry. The role combines remote working with physical presence at client sites or events when required Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. As a Principal Advisor, you will operate at the intersection of strategic advisory, business development, deal shaping and transformation delivery. Working alongside the Global SAP Life Sciences leadership team, you will help drive the development of Capgemini's SAP Life Sciences business while supporting clients on their most critical transformation initiatives.
