Job Description

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline).

Support content creation for LinkedIn, website, blogs, and marketing materials.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Help manage social media platforms and track engagement metrics.

Assist in designing basic marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, posts) with guidance.

Support lead generation and campaign tracking using CRM or marketing tools.

Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams for campaign execution.

Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads).

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing).

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn platforms is a plus.

Strong communication and content writing skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
