Days: Monday - Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Budget: 30 to 45k (depending on experience)

Role Overview: We are seeking an Architect with a strong design portfolio and a good understanding of 3D visualization to work on international projects in collaboration with a UK-based design firm. The role involves developing design concepts, presentations, and visual outputs while working closely with the design team to deliver projects that meet aesthetic, functional, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts for residential, commercial, and bespoke projects
• Create design presentations, drawings, and 3D visualizations
• Collaborate with the internal team and UK-based design firm on project requirements and execution
• Develop creative design solutions while balancing aesthetics and functionality
• Support projects through different stages of the design process

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-3 years in architecture with a strong portfolio
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D visualization tools is preferred
• Advantage: Knowledge of 3D visualization or BIM/Revit will be an added advantage
• Communication: Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to work with international teams
• Mindset: Creative, adaptable, organised, proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
