GlobalFoundries is seeking a highly qualified engineer to lead compact SPICE model development for FDSOI, FinFET and Bulk CMOS technologies. You will develop RF/MMW-focused models and MRAM/RRAM device representations, and work closely with cross-site teams to interpret test results and deliver robust model-to-hardware correlations.
