Regional Manager, Field ServiceWork Flexibility: RemoteAs a Regional Manager, you will lead a team of Field Service Technicians responsible for supporting and maintaining our Neptune, Dockers, and SCOPIS technologies. You'll focus on maximizing equipment uptime, developing your team, and delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for our customers.You'll partner closely with Sales, ProCare, and service partners while using data and operational insights to improve performance and support a growing business.What You Will Do:Lead and develop a regional team of Field Service Technicians, with a strong focus on coaching, performance, and professional growthManage key service and performance metrics across the internal team and authorized service providersUse data and analytics to identify trends, drive business insights, and support informed decision-makingContinuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and simplify the customer and employee experiencePartner cross-functionally with Sales, ProCare, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experienceSupport vendor and authorized service provider relationships across the regionBalance strategic and operational priorities, with approximately 80% of time focused on office-based work and projects and 15–20% supporting field activitiesLocation: Candidates must be located in Michigan, the Chicagoland area, Indiana, or Ohio.What You NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree6+ years of relevant professional experienceExperience working with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax, or comparable ERP, CRM, or field service management systemsExperience using data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate performance and support business decisionsStrong communication and cross-functional partnership skillsPreferred:2+ years of people leadership experienceVendor or third-party service provider management experienceUnited States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD AnnualUS5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD AnnualUS10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD AnnualUS15: $102,700 - $171,100 USD AnnualUS20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD AnnualUS30: $116,100 - $193,400 USD AnnualTravel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
