Key Responsibilities Execute all civil construction activities for high-rise residential projects from foundation to finishing. Supervise RCC works, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing works, and external development. Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Monitor daily site activities and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
