About the Role-

MARS Cosmetics is looking for a sharp, analytical professional to join its Corporate Strategy team. This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape growth priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities-

• Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category analysis.
• Develop business cases for new products, channels, partnerships, and markets.
• Support annual planning, growth strategy, and leadership reviews.
• Track business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from analysis through execution.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for-

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, consumer brands, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modelling, and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in beauty, consumer products, and digital commerce.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
