We are looking for a Training Lead with strong experience in the preschool/early childhood education industry to lead and mentor a team of Training Specialists.

The role will be closely connected to the preschool industry , focusing on curriculum implementation, teacher training, school engagement, and ensuring strong learning and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Training Specialists

• Drive curriculum implementation across preschool partner schools

• Build teacher capability through effective training

• Monitor account health, service quality, and learning outcomes

• Handle customer escalations and implementation challenges

• Build strong relationships with school leaders

• Support customer retention, renewals, and growth

• Drive team performance and adherence to SLAs

• Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in preschools, early childhood education, academic delivery, teacher training, or curriculum implementation will be preferred.
