We're Hiring | Presales Consultant – OEM | Ahmedabad

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 3–8 Years

Motadata is looking for an experienced Presales Consultant to join our growing team in Ahmedabad (candidates willing to relocate are also welcome).

What You'll Do

✔️ Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements

✔️ Conduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, and product demonstrations

✔️ Design solution architectures, technical proposals, SOWs, and BOMs

✔️ Build and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned with customer environments

✔️ Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle

✔️ Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical consultation for enterprise opportunities

✔️ Help customers modernize their IT Operations through Monitoring, Observability, and ITSM solutions

We're Looking For

✅ Experience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms

✅ Hands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix

✅ Knowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, and Hybrid Environment Monitoring

✅ Understanding of Metrics, Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics

✅ Familiarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
