Customer is seeking experienced Maintenance Planners to support CMMS optimization and maintenance data improvement initiatives across operating assets and project transitions. These roles will work closely with CMMS Specialists, Reliability Engineers, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve maintenance planning data, preventive maintenance programs, equipment hierarchies, and Bills of Material (BOMs) within SAP PM.Discipline-focused planners are required in the following areas: • Mechanical Planner • Electrical Planner • Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) PlannerThe planners will provide maintenance planning expertise and equipment knowledge to support data validation, maintenance strategy alignment, and standardization of maintenance master data for safe and reliable long-term operations.Required Skills:10+ years of maintenance planning experience in LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, power generation, or heavy industrial facilities • Strong maintenance planning experience within assigned discipline.Hands-on experience with SAP PM • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs, maintenance workflows, and equipment strategies• Experience developing or reviewing:Maintenance PlansTask ListsFunctional xzbcwsv LocationsEquipment RecordsBills of Material (BOMs)Experience reviewing OEM documentation, IOM manuals, and spare parts data • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation, filtering, lookup functions, and large dataset management • Strong understanding of maintenance planning best practices and maintainable asset structures • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
