This 8-bed obstetrics and gynecology department provides inpatient and clinic-based obstetric and gynecologic services to the regional patient population in Ft. Mohave, Arizona. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with day shift, night shift, and 24-hour beeper call coverage requirements.

Fort Mohave, Arizona is situated in the Mojave Desert along the Colorado River, offering a range of outdoor and recreational opportunities suited to varied interests. The Colorado River serves as a focal point for water-based activities such as kayaking, canoeing, and floating, alongside scenic riverside spots suited for picnicking. The surrounding area provides access to notable day-trip destinations, including the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Historic Route 66, which passes through Oatman and Kingman toward the Grand Canyon Caverns. Clinicians will provide inpatient and clinic-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage through day shift, night shift, and 24-hour call assignments at an on-site facility in Ft. Mohave, Arizona, beginning as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment and is structured as beeper call only. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full range of inpatient and clinic obstetric and gynecologic care, with an average volume of 360 deliveries per year. The department operates with 8 beds to support assigned clinical activities. Support staff available on site includes 2 RNs, 2 MAs, and 3 office staff throughout each designated coverage period. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is not required for this position.
