Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a retail banking location in the Bronx. This individual will oversee branch performance, operations, team development, compliance, customer experience, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:Drive branch growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting banking products and servicesBuild and maintain strong client and community relationshipsPartner with Commercial Relationship Officers and Lending OfficersEnsure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, risk management standards, audits, and security requirementsOversee day-to-day branch operations and overall financial performanceRecruit, train, mentor, and manage branch employeesConduct staff meetings and provide clear direction around branch goals and KPIsRepresent the branch through community involvement and activities supporting CRA objectivesTravel occasionally to other branch locations as needed
Qualifications:5+ years of relevant retail banking experiencePrior branch leadership / people management experienceStrong business development and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of branch operations, compliance, and risk managementAssociate degree or higherFluency in English and Spanish required
Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $90,000–$105,000$5,000 sign-on bonusEligible for an annual discretionary incentiveHealth and ancillary insurance benefitsRetirement xzbcwsv planPaid time off
