About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced PRT Hindi educator with a strong command of both languages and a commitment to nurturing linguistic and cultural understanding in students. The ideal candidate must have a B.ed degree and proven experience in teaching at the primary level. Responsibilities Teach Hindi to students from Grades I to V, as per CBSE curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters language appreciation and cultural literacy. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and school events. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher interactions. Integrate digital tools and innovative methodologies into teaching practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or related discipline. B.Ed is mandatory from a recognized institution (as per CBSE norms). CTET qualification is preferred. Required Skills Strong command of Hindi and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans. Proficiency in using digital teaching tools. Preferred Skills Experience with innovative teaching methodologies. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
