NOHRE is a luxury fashion house built between New York and Delhi, creating nightwear, swimwear and occasion pieces through modern design, hand embellishment and Indian craftsmanship.

We are looking for a hands-on Fashion Intern to join our team in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi, as we prepare for New York Fashion Week.

This is a broad fashion internship involving design assistance, collection development, fittings, sourcing, atelier coordination and production support. The selected candidate will work closely with our designers, tailors, pattern makers, embroiderers and artisans.

• Assist the designers with research, mood boards, sketches and collection development
• Support fabric, trim, embellishment and material sourcing
• Help organize design references, samples, swatches and collection documentation
• Assist during fittings and record alteration and garment-development notes
• Coordinate with tailors, pattern makers, embroiderers and artisans
• Help track samples and garments through the production process
• Follow up on garment progress, deadlines, alterations and required changes
• Maintain production trackers, garment records and timelines
• Assist with quality checks, measurements and finishing
• Support styling, look development and preparation for New York Fashion Week
• Help organize garments, fabrics, trims and atelier materials
• Assist the design and atelier teams with day-to-day requirements

• Basic understanding of fashion design, fabrics and garment construction
• Familiarity with how a garment develops from sketch to finished piece
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work directly with designers, tailors and artisans
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred
• Fashion students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates from NIFT, Pearl Academy or comparable fashion institutes are preferred
• Must be available to work full-time and on-site in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi
• Must be available to start immediately

This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for an initial period of three months. The internship may be extended based on performance and business requirements.

The role offers direct exposure to design development, fittings, sourcing, atelier operations and production as NOHRE prepares its collection for New York Fashion Week.
