Greetings from HCLTech Job Title: SAP Concur Consultant Years of Experience: 8 years Location: PAN India Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to support SAP S/4 Business Process Validation (BPV) initiatives. The role focuses on validating and supporting Travel & Expense (T&E) processes in SAP Concur, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) and compliance with enterprise controls in an offshore delivery model. Key Responsibilities Support SAP Concur business process validation activities as part of SAP S/4 BPV programs Validate end‑to‑end Travel & Expense (T&E) processes including expense reporting, approvals, reimbursements, and postings Support and validate SAP Concur–SAP S/4HANA FICO integration, including FI postings and reconciliation Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution for Concur‑related scenarios Validate expense types, approval workflows, audit rules, and policy configurations Collaborate with SAP FICO, integration, and technical teams to resolve defects and integration issues Ensure compliance with project governance, audit requirements, and internal controls Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and validation evidence Support cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
